Dear PineCrest Family,
We want to thank you for all that you did to help our mom, Barbara Honeycutt. Thank you for making it possible for her to stay at PineCrest until her passing. She absolutely loved it there and was happy during her final years. I am so thankful that God lead us there. The years proceeding her coming to PineCrest were very difficult. She endured a lot of physical, emotional and mental pain and hardship. Her spirit was dismal, at best.
Aftercoming to PineCrest and getting settled in, Mom's life turned around. She came alive and regained her awesome sense of humor and sweet spirit. I know her final years were happy ones and I will forever be thankful. The staff did an outstanding job taking care of her and I always felt assured leaving her in your hands. Mom made so many friends there, both with the residents and with the staff, and was always involved in whatever she could be involved in. She was social, without a doubt.
Thank you again for all that you and the other staff members did for her while she was there. She will be greatly missed, but I know that she is with her Lord and is at peace with no more pain or suffering.
